Community Connector Interest Form

The Community Connector program is not currently accepting new applications, but you can fill out this form to be notified when the application process opens.

Minimum Requirements
✅ Be a PSLBC Facebook group member for at least 6 months
✅ Show consistent engagement in the Facebook group within the last 90 days
✅ Have attended at least 3 in-person PSLBC events in the past 6 months
✅ Demonstrate positivity, collaboration, and professionalism in the community
✅ Be approved via Leadership Team review (program capped at 30 active members)
✅ Remain in good standing with PSLBC (no violations of policies)
