First Timer Guest Form

Welcome! This form is for Community Connectors to use when bringing a first-time guest to a PSLBC networking event.

By filling this out, you’re helping the leadership team know:

• Who your guest is

• Who invited them

• That your guest understands their very first PSLBC networking event is free to attend

Just a reminder: Guests only receive free admission at their first event. If they’d like to come again (and we hope they do!), the standard $10 event fee will apply.
